Workforce Risk Visibility
Instrument
Workforce risk builds before it becomes visible. The Instrument gives leadership a consistent, governed view of whether conditions are holding steady, drifting, or becoming more volatile — before that movement becomes an incident, a departure, or a disruption.
What This Instrument Does
The Instrument collects structured, anonymous workforce inputs on a weekly basis and aggregates them into directional signals. Leadership sees movement over time — not individual data, not diagnoses, not recommendations.
It focuses on how conditions are changing, not why they exist or what should be done about them.

What Organizations Receive
Each month you receive a signal dashboard and an executive brief. The dashboard shows where workforce stability appears steady, where volatility is increasing, and where signals are fragmenting or silent. The brief provides governed interpretation of what the signals may suggest, explicit boundaries on what they do not indicate, and calibrated leadership prompts designed to support internal conversation — without prescribing action or directing decisions.
No action thresholds. No intervention triggers. No recommendations.

How the Instrument Works
Participation is voluntary and anonymous. Employees complete a weekly micro-pulse — 60 to 90 seconds — and a periodic assessment every quarter. Inputs are primarily structured. Optional free-text responses are available but do not influence any scores or signals — they are retained only as reference material if review is ever needed.
All inputs are aggregated before any reporting occurs. No individual is ever identified.
The instrument runs on a 12-month term. If it isn't working at 90 days, there is a clean exit — no penalty, no pressure.

What This Instrument Is Not
This instrument does not monitor individuals, evaluate employees, diagnose causes, or recommend actions. It exists to reduce surprise, not create control.
